Post responsibilities
1. Be responsible for recruitment, selection of recruitment platform, resume screening, interview invitation, preliminary examination, training, introduction of new employees to the company, corporate culture publicity, etc;
2. Be responsible for the company's document printing, copying, document receiving and sending, data sorting, document classification, use and storage of seals and other administrative work;
3. Be responsible for the management of the company's office equipment, the specific use and registration of computers, fax machines, telephones and photocopiers, and the printing of business cards;
4. Be responsible for handling the procedures of employees' entry, leave, transfer and resignation; Establish the employee's file and sign the labor contract, take full charge of the employee's attendance work, count the monthly attendance, and submit it to the financial department for accounting and disclosure;
5. Insurance and application of social insurance. Be responsible for medical treatment and simple medical emergency treatment of employees;
6. Be responsible for the distribution, use registration and payment of low-value and consumable office supplies when leaving;
7. Be responsible for the storage of all kinds of office supplies in the warehouse, monthly inventory, year-end inventory statistics, and ensure that there are acceptance procedures for warehousing and delivery procedures to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the facts. According to the standard quota, do a good job in the preparation of the plan for purchasing office supplies and the purchase procedures, so as not to be out of file and not to accumulate for a long time;
8. Manage the personnel files and materials of employees, establish and improve the management of personnel files of employees, and strictly implement the borrowing procedures.
9. Complete various miscellaneous and procurement work;
10. Be responsible for the inspection and supervision of the indoor and outdoor greening and bonsai conditions of the company's office space to ensure a comfortable and good working atmosphere;
11. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the manager of the Administration Department or the superior leader;
12. Be responsible for other administrative matters, such as organizing and arranging company meetings, or preparing relevant important activities with relevant departments, making meeting minutes and sorting out meeting minutes.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above in human resources management, administration, Chinese, secretarial, Chinese language and literature and related majors;
2. Familiar with the six modules of human resources;
2. Good at recruitment and training, aged 22-35, responsible, male and female;
3. Careful and conscientious work, strong principle, good execution and professional quality;
4. Have excellent written and oral expression ability, strong affinity and service awareness, communication and understanding ability, and strong judgment and decision-making ability;
5. Proficient in using common office software and relevant personnel management software;
