Two conference rooms will be constructed in the urban branch of Dongguan City, mainly including conference systems and supporting audio and video equipment, including display systems, sound reinforcement systems, and paperless conference systems.

(1) LED display screen

One LED display screen, video processing equipment, box and other supporting equipment on the podium, using a P2.0 LED full-color display screen with a display size of approximately 3520mm in width and 1920mm in height, mainly used for daily meeting display, which can display near and far end images and PPT presentations of video conferences.

(2) Auxiliary display screen

The auxiliary display screen adopts four 55 inch televisions, located on the left, right, center, and rear sides, to supplement the audience's visual blind spots, expand the display effect, and meet the needs of the conference.

(3) Conference room amplification system

The conference room amplification system adopts a combination architecture of multiple speakers, mainly including speakers, amplifiers, audio processors, feedback suppressors, wireless microphones and other equipment. It not only needs to meet the needs of speech pickup in the conference room, the sound field coverage of the entire conference room, but also needs to ensure the communication security of the conference.

(4) Paperless conference system

Construct a paperless conference system to achieve multi screen interaction, multi screen sharing, and other functions, including a large paperless conference terminal on the podium, 10 single screen lift touch integrated terminals (including microphones and electronic table cards) on the conference table, and independent electric lifting of the display screen and speaking microphone. The main panel is made of aluminum alloy wire drawing and has a microphone, lifting stop control button, and microphone switch button.
