A coal mine in Datong, Shanxi

Datong Coal Mine is the largest coal mine in China. It is located in the northern part of Shanxi Province, with large reserves and many mineable coal seams, with an average thickness of 30 to 40 meters. Low ash content, less sulfur and phosphorus impurities, high calorific value, and stable coal seam, easy to mine. It is the largest high-quality thermal coal supply base in China.
